The OnEveryMap Academy

Step 3 — Connect Your Google Business Profile

Option 1 — Give OnEveryMap Support Team Access (Recommended)

Estimated reading: 3 minutes 17 views

This is the fastest and easiest way. We will connect and sync your listing for you.

Remark: Options A and B can only be done from a desktop computer. If you do not have desktop access, please follow Option C, which provides mobile-friendly steps via the Google Maps app.

A. For Single-Location Businesses

  1. Search on desktop your business on Google.
  1. Click “Own this business?”
  1. Click the three dots (⋮) next to Profile Strength
  1. Select Business Profile Settings
  1. Go to People & Access → click Add (top right).
  1. In the email field, do NOT type an email address
  1. Instead, enter our Group ID: 5993330126
  1. Select OnEveryMap, set role to Manager, and click Add

Once done, our team will automatically receive access and complete the sync.

B. For Multi-Location Businesses

If you manage multiple locations, you have two methods to give OnEveryMap access:

Method 1 — Give Access to Your Location Group (Recommended)

If you prefer to manage everything inside one group:

  1. Log in to your Google Business Profile.
  1. Create a Location Group
  1. Move all your locations into that group.
  1. Add OnEveryMap to the group using our email address (not Group ID).
    [email protected]
  1. Give us Manager access.

This makes it easy for us to manage and sync all your locations at once.

Method 2 — Give Access to Each Location Individually

If you do not want to use a Location Group:

  1. Log in via desktop
  1. Go to each location individually.
  1. Open People & Access → Add
  1. In the email field, do not type an email
  1. Enter our Group ID: 5993330126
  1. Select OnEveryMap, change the role to Owner, and click Add

This works location-by-location and is often faster if you have only a few listings.

C. Give Access Using the Google Maps Mobile App

(Use this option only if you cannot access a desktop computer.)

If you only have access to a mobile device (e.g., iPhone or Android), you can still give OnEveryMap access through the Google Maps app

How to give access on mobile:

  1. Open the Google Maps app with the email that manage the profile.
  1. Tap “Business” in the bottom-right corner.
  1. Tap “See Business Profile”
  1. Swipe across the quick action buttons until the three-dot icon appears.
  1. Select Business Profile Settings
  1. Tap Managers
  1. Tap Add
  1. In the email field, type our email address (required for mobile access): [email protected]
  1. Set the role to Owner and tap Invite.

This method is helpful if you do not have a computer, as Group ID access cannot be added from a mobile device.
