How to Reply to Reviews Manually in OnEveryMap

Responding to customer feedback is an important part of managing your online reputation.
This guide will show you how to reply to reviews directly from the OnEveryMap platform.

Step 1 — Log in to Your OnEveryMap Account

  1. Open your web browser.
  1. Go to: https://platform.oneverymap.com/
  2. Enter your login email and password.
  3. Click Log In.

Step 2 — Go to the Reviews Section

  1. Look at the left-hand navigation menu.
  2. Click Reviews.

You will now see a list of all reviews collected from connected platforms (e.g., Google).

On this screen you can view:

  • Star ratings
  • Review text (if provided)
  • Date of review
  • Whether you have replied

Step 3 — Filter Reviews (Optional but Recommended)

Filtering allows you to focus on the reviews that need your attention first.

Many businesses reply to:

  • New reviews
  • Unreplied reviews
  • Lower star ratings

Step 4 — Select the Review You Want to Reply To

  1. Click on the review from the list.
  2. The review will open in the right-side preview panel.

You will see:

  • Customer name (if visible)
  • Review comments
  • Star rating
  • Date posted

Step 5 — Type Your Reply

  1. Find the reply text box within the review panel.
  2. Type your response.

Suggested approach:

  • Thank the customer
  • Address any feedback
  • Be polite and professional

Examples:

For a positive review (5 stars):

Thank you very much for your great review! We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again.

For a neutral review (3 stars):

Thank you for your feedback. We value your opinion and will continue to improve our service.

For a negative review (1–2 stars):

Thank you for sharing this. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please contact us so we can help resolve this for you.

Step 6 — Submit Your Reply

  1. After you finish typing, review your response.
  2. Click to submit.

Your reply will be posted publicly on the review platform (for example, Google).

How Fast Will the Reply Be Posted?

  • Replies usually show within minutes.
  • Some platforms may take slightly longer depending on their refresh timing.

            on Google Business Profile should ideally have a response.

Yes, replies are posted to Google through your connected OnEveryMap account.
