Understanding the Dashboard in OnEveryMap

The Dashboard provides a complete overview of your business visibility and performance across directories such as Google, Apple Maps, Facebook, and others.
This guide will help you understand the Dashboard and use it to identify opportunities for improvement.

Step 1 — Log in to OnEveryMap

  1. Open your browser.
  1. Go to https://platform.oneverymap.com/
  2. Enter your login details.
  3. Click Log In.

You will arrive directly at the Dashboard.

Step 2 — Overview of What You See

The Dashboard includes several important indicators:

  • Location Performance
  • Visibility Score
  • Reputation Score
  • Engagement Score
  • Top and Bottom Performing Locations
  • Connection Status (Sync Status)
  • Review Activity
  • Listing Quality (Completeness)

Each section is explained below after this guidance.

Important Note About the Dashboard Overview

The Location Performance Score and the Top & Low Performing Locations shown at the top of the Dashboard belong to the main Dashboard overview page, which is the first screen you see after logging in. These are high-level platform-wide indicators, not part of the detailed Dashboard sections explained below. This helps users understand that these metrics appear in the overall summary, separate from location-specific or detailed analytics within the Dashboard.

Step 3 — How to Use the Dashboard Effectively

Use the Dashboard to:

  • Identify missing information
  • Track overall performance
  • Monitor customer review activity
  • Determine which locations need improvement

Step 4 — When to Check the Dashboard

We recommend:

  • Weekly for single-location businesses
  • 3 times per week for multi-location businesses
  • Daily during active marketing campaigns

SECTIONS

Section 1 — Location Performance Score

This shows how well your business location is performing overall across directories.

A higher score means:

  • Better visibility
  • More customer interaction
  • More accurate listing information

Scores are influenced by:

  • Reviews and replies
  • Listing accuracy
  • Publishing activity (posts)
  • Directory connections

Section 2 — Visibility Score

This indicates how visible your business is online.

A higher score means:

  • Customers can find you more easily
  • You are listed on more directories
  • Your information is more consistent

Typical actions that increase this score:

  • Uploading updated photos
  • Completing missing information
  • Connecting Facebook/Instagram
  • Approving correct profile data

Section 3 — Reputation Score

This relates to how customers feel about you.

It is based on:

  • Star ratings
  • Volume of reviews
  • Response rate

Higher score = Stronger customer trust.

Responding regularly to reviews will improve this area.

Section 4 — Engagement Score

This measures how much interaction you receive from customers.

This includes:

  • Messages
  • Clicks
  • Calls
  • Directions requests
  • Page visits

Higher engagement often leads to more business inquiries.

Section 5 — Top and Low-Performing Locations

If you manage multiple locations:

  • Top performers show strong scoring in visibility, reputation, and engagement.
  • Low performers need attention, usually from:
    • Missing data
    • Incomplete listings
    • Low engagement
    • Few reviews
    • No posting activity

This helps prioritization across multiple branches.

Section 6 — Review Panel Overview

The Dashboard highlights:

  • Number of new reviews
  • Review sentiment (positive vs negative)
  • Response status (replied vs unreplied)

This helps you understand:

  • How customers feel
  • Where attention is needed

Section 7 — Directory Connection/Sync Status

This tells you the status of your listings across platforms.

You may see:

  • Synced
  • Submitted
  • Updating
  • Action Required

If “Action Required” appears:

It means something prevents syncing (such as missing access or incomplete data).

Section 8 — Profile Completeness

This shows how much of your location information has been filled out.

Higher completeness means:

  • Better performance online
  • Higher ranking on maps
  • Higher trust score

You should aim for 90%+ completeness.
